CE0 & Founder

SANDEEP MISHRA

is one of India's leading experts on how to effectively build systems and coalitions to drive sustainable 'impact-at-scale.' He has a demonstrated history of over two decades of helping individuals and organisations  create social impact. An expert in organisation building, he has built and led successful multi-stakeholders’ coalitions such as the National Coalition for Education and the Gujarat Education Coalition. He actively engaged with the Global Campaign for Education to advocate the need of quality education for every child. He has also led leadership positions in organisations like Central Square Foundation, STiR Education, Quest Alliance and Azim Premji Foundation. Through his growth mindset, he led STiR Education and drove it to support over 1,50,000 teachers in 5 years from less than 1000 teachers when he started his work. He holds advance postgraduate degrees in Education, Socio-Political Philosophy and Environmental Ethics from premier universities in India, he  then gained post graduate certifications in Education Financing from the Central European University, Budapest and in Social Impact Leadership through an academic collaboration between Dasra and Harvard Business School.

Now, at Catalytic Corps,  he wishes to diagnose and restructure systems to deliver self-sustaining and context sensitive social impact. He believes that good systems can be created through effective strategies for data deployment and institutional collaboration.

Lead at Government Engagements

SANDEEP SINGH

holds Master's degrees in Philosophy, Law and Project management from Institutions like BHU, DU and IIT Delhi. He believes that teachers are key agents of change and investing in teachers’ professional capacity could exponentially increase the rate of returns in the form of student learning. He is passionate about empowerment and innovative solutions for complex problems in society today. Education, Youth and Gender equality are his core interest areas. Currently, he is working in the capacity of Head Distribution of The Teacher App in India and manages TTA’s overall operations in different states of the country. He holds more than 10 years of experience in the development sector. At Catalytic Corps, he is a senior consultant for government projects and provides support in the design and delivery of system reform and in building partnerships.

Lead at Field Projects

SATYAM ANAND

has 7 years of experience in the domain of education with the Quest Alliance (Anandsala Program) as well as with STIR Education (Enable Teacher as a change maker).  He has developed a versatile skill set during his 13 years of total work experience in the corporate and social sectors. In a rather short period of time, he invested his efforts in content creation and developed his abilities as a facilitator. Withstanding his journey, he knows quite well that quality education is the only means to create sustainable change in society. He has been a part of over thousand successful community level initiatives and developments in the financial and non-financial sectors. He is deeply committed to improving the lives of adolescent girls with developmental disabilities. At Catalytic Corps, he adds value by being is a visionary leader known for his ability to win community support, develop key coalitions and build relationships with a shared sense of purpose.

Lead at Technological Interventions

RACHIT GUPTA

is an MBA graduate from Northeastern University in Boston, with a specialization in Finance, and an engineering undergraduate from NIT Bhopal, with a specialization in Information Technology. He has over seven years of professional work experience in technology product development and management, with a primary focus on developing financial tools for underserved communities in the Middle East and India. Before his MBA in Boston, he was actively involved with the Ullas Trust, a non-profit focused on rural education, helping develop english-inclusive curriculum for various parts of Tamil Nadu. After moving to Boston, he worked as the president of the Net Impact Club at Northeastern for three years, helping generate awareness on issues of sustainability and climate change. Currently, he is spearheading the design of our technology platform at Catalytic Corps.

Strategic Initiatives Associate

SHREYA SESHADRI

is a trained economist from Ashoka University. She is enthusiastic about data-driven research, international relations, and social value creation. She has previously worked with the Business & Economics Research Department at Axis Bank. Here, she received formal training in conducting research and analysis by delving into several government and private reports. She actively incorporates an interdisciplinary perspective in her project engagements and is drawn to subject matters related to equitable resource distribution and gender studies. Shreya is passionate about creating access to quality education and healthcare infrastructures. To that end, she is currently leading the projects for our partners, the Aga Khan Foundation and Reach to Teach.

Policy & Strategic Communications Associate

PRIYANKA MEHTA

is a postgraduate scholar from the Indian School of Public Policy where her capstone modelled the need for public-private contracts to mitigate the short-run problem of non-biodegradable sanitary waste accumulation. She has worked with the Boston Consulting Group to tackle malnutrition in Bihar and with Breakthrough to address and improve Haryana’s Sex-Ratio. She has also been an active member of the Leos and Lions International Association for over 7 years now which has instilled in her the importance of efficient civic leadership and collaborative engagement. Her multidisciplinary domain interests range through gender studies, climate infrastructure, health policy analysis and postcolonial literature. Currently, she is developing a gender sensitivity tool in accordance with the POSH Act, 2013.
